Mother Nature smiled upon the Citrus County Builders Association on Monday October 9, 2006 as a beautiful day unfolded for the Annual Jim Blackshear Memorial Golf Outing sponsored by Sherwin Williams, at the renowned Black Diamond Golf & Country Club. Builders and Trades people alike took the opportunity to take some rest and relaxation while raising funds for their Industry Association, and honoring one of its founders, the late Jim Blackshear.
