CCBA Auditorium / Hall Rental
A check for $500 must accompany the contract to guarantee the room. We can pencil you in for a date, but we must receive a deposit check ($500) to guarantee the requested date. The check is held, until the event is over and returned if there are no damages and it is returned in proper order. The check to pay the rental fee must be in 30 days prior to the event. Please feel free to come and look at the Auditorium during our regular business hours of 9-5, Mon-Fri. We have enough table and chairs to seat 150 comfortably. The capacity of the room is 172 tables & chairs & 369 with chairs only. The tables are white banquet tables. There is a very large covered grill located outside for your use as well.   • Tables Available: 26 8ft white banquet tables (seats 208) + 4 6ft white banquet tables (seats 24) = Total Table Capacity of 304
  • Chairs Available: 153
  • What is required to rent the hall? Rental fee, $500 deposit, signed contract and proof of liability insurance.
  • Where do I get liability insurance? Call your insurance agency and explain what you are renting and that we are asking for insurance proof.
  • Is serving of alcohol permitted? Yes, serving but not selling liquor license.
  • Is an off duty deputy required? No.
  • Are there kitchen facilities available? No.
  • Is there a sound system available? No. A sound system can be hooked into our PA system, but we do not have a CD player, amp, etc.
  • Is there internet availability? Yes, for a small fee.
Note: If a name is penciled in the calendar, and someone else is interested in the same date, a phone call should be made to the original person who penciled their name in. They should be told that they have 24 hours to complete a contract and turn in rent and deposit or another renter will be able to use that date.

Regular Rental (receptions, parties, meetings etc.) $400.00 + tax
Hourly Rate (during day/ 4 hour minimum) $50.00 + tax

Recurring Contracts for Monthly Club & Organization Meetings (i.e., Republican Exec. Committee, Audubon Society, etc.):
Price per meeting w/ no food & beverage served: $75.00* + tax
Price per meeting w/ food & beverage served: $100.00* + tax
*Minimum 3 months paid in advance at the time of contract for these prices

Other Requirements:
$500.00 Deposit separate from rental to be held and be returned upon leaving premises clean, and restored properly. Tax Exempt Certificate for tax to be waived. Proof of Liability Insurance (ask staff for clarification, this policy was updated in 2007.) Completed & Signed Contract
